Consulting Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into on the date__________ by and between:
Don Bindas aka: AnEasyWayToBuyACar.com in Naples Florida, (hereby known as the “Consultant”), and;
___________, whose address is at __________, (hereby known as the “Client”);
WHEREAS, the Client desires to hire the services of the Consultant to render services to locate and negotiate a purchase price for a specified year, make, and model vehicle on the Client's behalf.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants made by the parties hereto, the Parties to this agreement agree as follows:
The Services
The Consultant agrees that it shall render services to the Client on matters pertaining to locating and negotiating for a vehicle on the Client’s behalf. These services rendered by the Consultant will comprise of a two-part Consulting Agreement.
Whereas, the Client will pay the Consultant for a feasibility study of realistic price(s) and availability options and expectations for a specified year, make, and model vehicle on the Clients behalf.
Upon approval of the feasibility study by the Client, from the Consultant, the Client has the option to become a committed buyer, by exercising the second half of the consulting agreement, by paying the Consultant to act in the Client’s behalf to:
Source vehicle dealer sales bids in-order-to negotiate a final sales price for the Client’s desired vehicle from one to many vehicle dealer(s) bids.
In-order-to establish a reasonable baseline of a trade-in expectation of value, the Consultant can also conduct a trending analysis of the current wholesale market pricing for the Client’s possible trade-in vehicle by compiling and analyzing recent dealer to dealer sales of similar vehicles to the Client’s vehicle.
Term of Service
This Consulting Agreement shall be of fourteen days in length, beginning from the date of the Client’s payment for the Consultant’s feasibility study of realistic price(s) and availability options and expectations for a specified year, make, and model vehicle on the Client’s behalf.
Termination
The Client may cancel this Consulting Agreement after paying for the initial feasibility study, by not going forward with initiating payment on the second half of this Consulting Agreement.
Confidentially
The Consultant agrees to refrain from disclosing the Client’s identity to a possible selling dealer unless and until the Client gives the Consultant verbal approval to do so.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of these parties have executed this Consulting Agreement by the Consultant’s signature below and the Client’s payment for the Consultant’s feasibility study within 3 days of the Consultant’s signature below.
